SALARY RANGE: $67,675 to $75,904 pa (plus 17% super)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time (36.75 hours per week) and fixed term to end of March 2019
LOCATION: Melbourne Burwood Campus
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality, client focussed, efficient and effective student advice and administration services to current and prospective students of the Faculty.
This will include:
- Providing faculty related student services to all Faculty students as required, including student advice and administration activities.
- Liaising with Student Central for seamless delivery of student services.
- Participating in faculty-wide projects relating to student support which will meet the changing needs of students enrolled in courses within the Faculty.
- Contributing to the successful recruitment, enrolment and management of students in the Faculty.
ABOUT YOU
- Degree with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Administrative experience working within a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies and procedures, preferably in a tertiary educational institution.
- Customer services experience, preferably in a tertiary educational institution.
- Demonstrated ability to use a variety of information technology software packages.
