About the Role
You will utilise your wealth of experience to build a team of quality Educators and grow a newly built 136 child capacity centre located in Cranebrook.
- Hire, train and mentor Educators
- Manage rosters and assist with budgets
- Ensure the Centre is compliant and exceeding with all State legislation and National Quality Standards
- Build rapport with families and the community
Requirements
- Prior experience as the Nominated Supervisor, 2IC or a similar leadership position
- Australian Qualifications in either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or a Diploma in Early Childhood and willing to enroll in a ECT (or is on the pathway to their completion)
