Redmako is currently seeking motivated, committed Assessors to help execute & fulfil our commitment to enriching the lives of our candidates by reviewing and confirming their previous experience and current skills into qualifications.
THE ROLE
This exciting role is responsible for reviewing candidates for RPL and conducting sessions with our large client base to confirm their vast experience in hospitality venues.
In this position, you will be required to deliver high-quality assessment services to students completing various Hospitality courses from Certificate III up to Diploma level.
This is a contract position with flexible hours which could be negotiated from part time up to full time hours.

ABOUT YOU
Successful applicants will have an extensive and recent background in the Hospitality industry and VET sector. In addition, you will demonstrate:
A rich employment history working in Cafes / Restaurants / Hospitality Venues
- Previous training and assessment experience
- Hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery/ Diploma in Hospitality
- Hold a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
- Have great communication skills to interface with the various stakeholders (workplace, candidates, management, colleagues)
- Organisational skills to manage your diary – ensuring reliability & punctuality
- License & own vehicle to move between workplaces
