Are you looking for your next step in your OSHC career and want to feel valued and supported in this new and exciting role? You will be supported by a designated Regional Manager who guides and visits your service, educators, children and families once to twice per week! So you will never feel alone!!
You will have time on the floor with the children, families, educators and program PLUS time off the floor to complete administration tasks, which is paid for!! You will also be offered Free training to keep up to date with new and industry changes!! This is a full time position with “time off the floor” to complete your administration tasks
This centre is set amongst the beautiful North Shore of Sydney. This close knit team require a strong, personable and capable leader to work within the centre.
You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- Experience in Children's Services Professional. (OSHC, Long Day Care, Nanny or Teacher trained).
- Some understanding of 'My Time, Our Place' and QIP development.
- Skill to communicate confidently with Staff, Centre Families and School Community.
- Experience drafting and participating in Educational Programmes.
- Have up to date with Industry Qualifications or is willing too get them updated. I.e. First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, CPR, Child Protection training
- Have current Working with Children Clearance Number
- A passion for our industry and enjoy working with children
- A friendly and approachable attitude
