The Australian Academy of Beauty Therapy is one of Australia's leading education providers within the Beauty Industry.

The Australian Academy of Beauty Therapy is currently seeking  confidant, nurturing professional Beauty Therapy Trainers for part time and full time positions.

Although experience is ideal, this role may also suit a passionate beauty therapist who now wishes to share her vast industry knowledge with others and begin her teaching career. 

• Trainers primary role will be to implement delivery and assessment strategies in a nurturing caring environment helping each student reach their goals
• Key responsibilities will be facilitating practical sessions in our student clinic
• Maintaining student assessment files
• Marketing theoretical assessments
• Provide an amazing  college experience for our students, by creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
• Ensure our students graduate with our  exacting employment skills.

For this role you will need to have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

• Diploma qualification in Beauty as a minimum
• Current TAE16
• Training Experience desirable
• LASER/IPL experience is desirable
• Knowledge of all areas of beauty including brazilian waxing, microdermabrasion, Indian head massage, etc
• Passionate to Inspire others
• Be able to work confidently as a sole trainer and also well within a team of trainers
• Good communication skills with an ability to liaise with people of all ages
• Organisational skills Working knowledge of the beauty industry (Minimum 5 years)
