About the role

  • Support students throughout their time across all programs in vocational education
  • Ensure students enquiries are responded and resolved in a timely manner
  • Maintain students records in the student management system
  • Promote a collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organise and coordinate various college events
  • Monitor and review operational plans in accordance with the College's strategic goals
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures, standards and legal obligations related to the RTO (Registered Training Organisation) and CRICOS (Commonwealth Register of Institutions and courses for Overseas Students) and the services it delivers.

Skills and experience

  • Completion of Diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experiences
  • 1+ years' experience in providing student support, customer service or similar roles
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Demonstrated experience with administrative, organisational and time management skills
  • Sound knowledge and Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Working knowledge of Digital and social media
  • Ability to work with People with diverse background
  • Sound knowledge of VET (Vocational Education Training), preferably as a part of a busy student administration environment.
