The role:
Located in Caulfield, you will be working as an experienced Student Services Officer. You will be the first point of contact for future students of the University, parents, staff and the general public. You will facilitate this primarily through telephone communication, email correspondence and face-to-face meetings.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Respond to future student enquiries with an enthusiastic and engaging approach
- Deliver accurate and timely information/resources to students on the telephone via face to face and email
- Process a range of administrative tasks in resolving/referring student enquiries
- Be proactive and provide feedback to leadership team about suggestions for improvement
- Maintain open and effective channels of communication with students and staff members
Skills and Experience:
- Diploma with relevant related work experience
- Extensive experience in high volume contact centre, front-line customer service or helpdesk
- Ability to contribute to and work effectively within a team as well as autonomously
- Flexibility and a solution driven attitude
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Current driver's license and car

This is a six month temporary opportunity with the view to obtain permanent employment. Working hours are from 8:45am until 5:06pm. Candidates must be available to attend an Assessment Centre, followed by a panel interview. You must also either have a Working with Childrens check, or be prepared to pay $120 to get one.
