• This is a permanent part-time role at Thirroul Fun Club commencing ASAP!

• 30 hours a week (6 hours per day) and up to 38 hours during school holidays!

Our Out of School Care Directors, otherwise known internally as Fun Club Directors form an important hands-on role. They are client focused and amazing multi-taskers with excellent operational abilities and strong people management skills. They lead from the front and display our values on a daily basis across all tasks and functions.

Please respond to the following Selection Criteria in your cover letter:

• Certificate IV (OSHC) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or a Degree in Primary Education or relevant tertiary studies
• Certified Supervisor or ability to meet requirements of Certified Supervisor
• Demonstrated skills in leadership and management
• Outstanding skills in communication with families and the community
• Sound understanding of programming and curriculum planning for children 5-12 years including children with special needs
• Ability to work harmoniously within a team environment
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety, an inclusive curriculum, child protection and the Quality Improvement and Accreditation System
• Working with Children check issued by the Office of Children's Guardian
