Pilot Childcare Management is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Manager for the Early Learning Centres under management by them. The successful applicant will have already displayed innovative and inspirational leadership in their previous roles whilst demonstrating they can achieve operational targets within a designated framework.

Essential:

• Early Childhood or other Human Services degree or relevant experience;

• Leading teams and achieving operational targets;

• Demonstrated business accumens;

• Open Drivers Licence;

• Drive area and centre performance to ensure all centres meet the following:

• National Quality Framework

• WHS Guidelines

• Child Protection Law

• National Employment Standards

• Mentor Centre Directors towards a practice of continual reflection and develop both Quality Improvement Plans and Business Improvement Plans;

• Develop a culture that recognises people are our foundation and implement strategies that support Directors to inspire, motivate and encourage their team;

• Set priority objectives and plan professional development towards capability.

Desirable:

• Business management qualifications or relevant experience;

• Previous experience in managing multiple sites and teams;

• Leadership qualifications and experience in meeting targets for all Centres in the areas of:

• People

• Community

• Pedagogy

• Business acumen

This full time role is mainly based in Port Macquarie, on the Mid North Coast.
