We are currently seeking an Early Childhood Teacher who is excited about our vision and values and is dedicated to ensuring children are given the opportunity to become the best that they can be. This role will see you leading the Kindergarten room working collaboratively with fellow Educators to deliver a play-based learning program. You will be supported by an exceptional Service Manager and Management Team and will be given every opportunity to learn and grow, facilitating the most professional, caring and positive experience for all children, families and peers.
The Unique Early Childhood Teacher We Seek
You will hold A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Studies) or equivalent with experience in the Early Childhood Sector. Your passion for early childhood education will be matched by your reflective nature, analytical skills, sense of curiosity and fun. We place great importance on the role of our Early Childhood Teachers and you will be a key driver in establishing constructive and robust relationships with our lovely families, your peers and the wider community.

As the ideal candidate, you will present with a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS and have had several years' experience within the Early Childhood Sector. You will also be confident when communicating with all levels of management.
The ideal candidate for this position will hold:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Studies) or a Recognized ACECQA Early Childhood Teacher qualification
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates
- Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Thorough understanding of the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
