Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
We are seeking the above for permanent employment to join our Christian, family community commencement as soon as possible. We will look to you to implement the RESPECT curriculum with JOY in our educational team to develop and provide: implementation of the curriculum, a highly engaging environment, intentional teaching, assessment of the individual developmental needs and interests of the children.
Skills and Experience
We are seeking the above Educators who are motivated and have a genuine passion for being with children and making a real difference in their development and world. To be considered for this role you will Love GOD, have a community focus with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with children, parents and staff members. You will have proven ability to work and communicate effectively in a team based sustainable environment.
Essential Criteria
Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, The Australian Curriculum Framework and the National Quality Framework is essential.
Paid employment in an Education and Care Setting essential,
Proven passion and experience for children 6 months- 3 years,
Knowledge, understanding and best practice application of the RIE principles and practices , the RESPECT curriculum.
Prior to your commencement date, it is expected that you will have: a current Working with Children check, current National Police Clearance, current Food Safe certificate, Current CPR and First Aid HLTAID004.
