The Avenues Group currently operates 15 high quality Early Learning Centres across Brisbane providing education and care for over 1500 children each day. Our Kimberley Park centre is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced office based Education Leader/ programming mentor to join our team. We are looking for someone with the knowledge and skill to support our educators and guide them in the right direction.
Please include in your cover letter your programming and mentoring experience and outline your knowledge and understanding of the NQS and EYLF. Must hold a Diploma of Children’s services/ Early Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Education and Care.

The position:
Full Time Educational Leader - you must have full availability to work during opening hours 6.30am-6.00pm Monday to Friday
You must have:
- Minimum qualification- Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent (NOT NEGOTIABLE)
- A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) (NOT NEGOTIABLE)
- Experience in a leadership or mentoring position
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training.
- Minimum two years experience as a lead educator or educational leader
