We are currently seeking a proficient Operations Coordinator to be accountable for supervising and coordinating the designated network of Catholic Out of School Hours Care (COSHC) services and supporting the ongoing day-to-day running of these services.
The Operations Coordinator is accountable for;
- Supervising the effective day-to-day running of COSHC services in the designated network
- Evaluating services to ensure continuing compliance with regulations and the National Quality Framework
- Working with each service to develop, implement and regularly review a Quality Improvement Plan to provide consistent high quality services in a caring and safe environment
- Assisting each service with program development and delivery, budget and financial management, and family liaison and behaviour management support
- Ensuring quality delivery of COSHC services
- Being the Nominated Supervisor for new services or services where there are no nominated supervisors.
Typical Experience and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study
- Appropriate demonstrated experience
