About the role:

Full end-to-end training delivery to our internal employees across products, systems, and soft skills. Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team on key projects to enhance the business. Be integral to driving success of our employees.


You will be responsible for:

  • Identify, create and deliver learning solutions using Lean principles
  • Internal training on products, systems, and soft skills
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement projects by providing an L&D lens
  • Content and quality control of learning programs
  • Providing organisation and team coaching of Lean and Innovation methodologies, process, and tools
  • Group training of up to 20 employees at a time
  • Meet key deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Collaborate with your remote team based across SA, NSW and Victoria

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end training delivery
  • Solid understanding and practical experience in learning methodologies, including tools and knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Project management experience and an ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives (desirable)
  • Skills in teaching complex products to various audiences
  • Ability to engage a group of up to 20
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-learner with technical aptitude
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (essential)
  • A sound working understanding of Lean Thinking principles (desirable)
  • A recognised certification in process improvement methods (desirable)
