Teacher of First Aid TAFE NSW is looking for individuals with current industry experience and knowledge in First Aid to join our team of teacherson a part time casual basis on the North Coast. If you have… Current First Aid and Advanced First Aid Qualifications (preferably HLTAID003, HLTAID004 and HLTAID006) or equivalent. Demonstrated current and relevant industry experience i.e. working as a first aid officer, first aid trainer, health professional or emergency services provider A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) or its successor and/or a Diploma in VET or Adult Education The desire to continue to develop your Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as your industry currency and trainer/assessor competence ... Selection Criteria: Current First Aid and Advanced First Aid Qualifications (preferably HLTAID003, HLTAID004 and HLTAID006) or equivalent. Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence. High level written and oral communication skills in English and Proven ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of educational, industrial or community environments. Commitment and ability to facilitate learning in an adult environment and demonstrated organisational skills applicable to an educational setting. Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service and demonstrated ability to contribute in a team environment. Proven strengths in problem solving and change management.
