We are seeking someone with a passion for working with students and confident people skills. A great opportunity for recent graduates in business or communications.
Your key responsibilities:
- Actively promoting the Institute to prospective domestic students, parents and career advisors
- Organising and attending recruitment events, including presentations and workshops
- Building partnerships with a variety of stakeholders including career advisors and other relevant organisations
- Being the first point of contact for domestic students regarding enquiries relating to enrolment process, application requirements, course details etc.
- Assisting the organisation with internal events such as open day and information sessions
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to create promotional materials
Selection Criteria:
- Completion of a relevant degree or an equivalent combination of relevant skills and knowledge
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present confidently to both large and small audiences
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills and able to work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to problem solve
- Able to work independently with initiative, as well as collaborative as a team
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- A positive can-do attitude
- This position requires a valid Australian driver's license and a safe driving record
Desirable
- An understanding of the Australian education sector
- Prior experience working in student recruitment
