We are seeking someone with a passion for working with students and confident people skills. A great opportunity for recent graduates in business or communications.

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Actively promoting the Institute to prospective domestic students, parents and career advisors
  • Organising and attending recruitment events, including presentations and workshops
  • Building partnerships with a variety of stakeholders including career advisors and other relevant organisations
  • Being the first point of contact for domestic students regarding enquiries relating to enrolment process, application requirements, course details etc.  
  • Assisting the organisation with internal events such as open day and information sessions
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to create promotional materials

Selection Criteria:

  • Completion of a relevant degree or an equivalent combination of relevant skills and knowledge
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present confidently to both large and small audiences
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills and able to work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to problem solve
  • Able to work independently with initiative, as well as collaborative as a team
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • This position requires a valid Australian driver's license and a safe driving record

Desirable

  • An understanding of the Australian education sector
  • Prior experience working in student recruitment
