G8 Education is now seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Centre Manager to take on this exciting and inspiring role!

 

Great Beginnings Hornsby is a brand new, purpose-built centre with extensive natural outdoor areas that offer an active learning and encouraging environment for our children to grow. Our environments have been specifically designed by some of our sectors’ talented experts to effectively support you and your team within our 90 place service.

 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Assist in the recruitment of your own team of passionate educators that will deliver quality of care and education
  • Lead day to day operations of the centre in line with company policies and procedures 
  • Lead the centre in compliance with all State Legislation and National Quality Standards 
  • Control the budgets of the centre

    Skills and qualifications:

    • Holding a Diploma in Children Services or higher
    • A current Working with Children’s Check
    • Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and Rating and Assessment process 
    • Strong experience creating and maintaining a Centre Quality Improvement Program
    • Proven experience in a Centre Manager role or equivalent management position
