Hub Coordinator:The Hub Coordinator is responsible for:
The management and supervision of the HUB team.
Leading and managing the coordination, design, development, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement of vocational education and training programs, Short Courses and production and factory services offered by the team.
Managing team performance and achievement of business targets/outcomes.
Managing the knitwear production for all client orders, including delivery dates, sourcing of supplies, communication with clients, troubleshooting, costings, invoicing, time management, client relationships
Sourcing, building and maintaining client relationships
Creating, designing tailored training for potential fashion retailers, which you will source & possibly teach/facilitate.
Being responsible for achieving the Hub budget.
Communication with suppliers which include training of new equipment
Maintenance of machinery and areas within the Hub
All invoicing and pricing for clients
Coordinate all staff requirements and hours
Strategic business planning
Accountability to Managers
Adhere to all OHS obligations
Create all sources of information including contracts for clients
Sourcing & maintaining supplier relationships, including comparison of costs.
Required Qualifications:
TAE40110: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent
TAE50111: Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, or equivalent
Relevant vocational qualification
A valid Working with Children Check (WWC) Assessment Notice and/or WWC card
First Aid Certificate preferred.
