Currently seeking Certificate 3 and Diploma qualified educators for casual relief work in the Bayside region

Your new company

Hays Education is a well established supplier of staff to Early Childcare Centres across Victoria. We supply staff to a large range of quality centres including private and council services. Our clients require numerous experienced and reliable Diploma qualified and Certificate III Assistants to work at their centres in the Bayside region of Melbourne.

Your new role

As a casual relief worker you will have the opportunity to be based at a number of centres. We expect you to be reliable and confident in your abilities. You will be required to work with little guidance, and quickly build rapport with children, staff and parents. You will be offered work on an on-call basis, however with a high demand it is likely that you will be offered multiple shifts per week

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma/Certificate III n Children's Services
• Working with children check
• Police check (issued within the last 6 months)
• Current First Aid accreditation including CPR & Anaphylaxis
• Work entitlement rights in Australia
• Must have experience working in childcare and have a genuine passion for educating children
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Reliability - you need to be available at short notice for shifts
• Passion for early years education
