Due to our continued success and growth within the education/child care sector we are seeking to appoint a Partnership Manager in Queensland, who will actively engage with our existing customers and industry partners to ensure sustainable long term partnerships.  

 

Reporting to the General Manager Partnerships, you will be responsible for effective relationship management, successful contract negotiations and ongoing retention of contracts as well as issue identification and resolution. You will also be instrumental in supporting the development and education of operations team members to deliver real partnership outcomes and build effective relationships to quickly resolve identified issues. Additionally you will be expected to develop opportunities to become an industry representative where you can identify industry challenges as well as play a part in influencing industry change.

 

To be successful in this position, you will be required to demonstrate:

  • Extensive relationship management and negotiation skills and experience, with a track record in customer retention and engagement
  • Proven experience developing and implementing a comprehensive and measurable partnership plan
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Education/childcare sector, ideally within a similar role
  • Experience in networking and proven ability to influence within an industry setting
  • Self-motivation and drive with the ability to work autonomously across a State wide customer base
  • Ability to identify opportunities to increase revenue or savings
  • Ability to communicate effectively the commercial performance of contracts as well as pass on potential leads and market intelligence
  • Experience in developing reporting and maintaining a CRM database
  • Experience operating within a heavily regulated industry/operating environment
