About the business

AMEAI is an Australian based group which has been contracted to recruit and train English teachers for schools in China. 

Our client is an education and technology group in China which has over 125 childcare centres under its management; these are located in Guangdong, Guangxi and Hunan. They are seeking English teachers for early childhood kids. 

Job Duties

International Early Childhood Teacher

• Work together to prepare and maintain an effective and stimulating learning environment, by preparing displays, work materials and apparatus, and clearing up afterwards.
• Set out learning materials, appropriate to the day's plans, so that children are able to participate safely and effectively in the planned activities.
• Plan for and take part in activities off site such as educational visits.
• Plan and carry out assessments as appropriate to the age and ability of the children.
• Keep all assessments as evidence of a child's attainment in a profile or assessment folder.
• Record, and keep up to date, evidence of each child's attainment by using appropriate record sheets as used by the two key stages.
• Write written reports for all children in the class.
• Attend parent / teacher conferences, two or three times a year.
• Take part in training activities offered by the school to further your knowledge of the curriculum, child development, early childhood education or other areas of need or interest.
• Assist with lunch duties and outdoor activities with complete regard for health and safety.

Teaching Time table

Training & Rehearsals: July 20 ‐ July 30,

2018 Sep 1st, 2018  ‐  Jun 30, 2019 (except summer & winter holiday) Monday‐Friday：5.30pm‐8.30pm (20 hours a week)

Summer holiday & Winter: Mon‐Friday 8:30am‐18:00pm  (20 hours a week)

Benefits and perks

a.   Monthly salary payment (Annual salary 160k‐300k which is equivalent to about AU$37,000-AU$70,000 depends on your teaching experience.)

Skills and experience

1. Fluent English speakers with an ideal pronunciation, intonation and accent

2. Bachelor degree for any major AT LEAST, TESOL/TEFL or related English certificates preferred

3. Enthusiastic and dynamic, student‐centered and love children

4. Preferably with acting experience

5. Two years early childhood education English teaching experience is highly preferred but not essential if you have education degree or tefl/tesol certificate

6. Education degree graduates can apply
