THE POSITION
Due to the phenomenal growth we’re experiencing at RATIONALE, we have an exciting new opportunity for a talented National Trainer to join our evolving Education Team.
As National Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering consistent Training and Education at RATIONALE Skincare. This role will see you collaborating with all departments to ensure new and existing team members across all RATIONALE channels and Head Office are provided with dynamic learning and development programs, in order to deliver optimal brand experience and succeed expected KPI’s. You will conduct theoretical and practical training sessions based on data collection and the identification of key learnings, with the common objective of strengthening skincare prescriptions and treatment plans – actualising RATIONALE’s Vision and Purpose.
THE PERFECT PROFILE
You are a positive and energetic self-starter with a true coaching spirit. With a Diploma of Beauty/Spa/Dermal Therapy (or similar) and extensive experience in a similar role and/or with like-minded luxury brands, you have proven success conducting captivating and engaging training sessions to educate team members on brand, products and treatments.
Your energetic nature thrives in a team environment, where you like to lead from the front while maintaining focus in an exceptionally creative and fast-paced environment. You do whatever it takes to get the job done, and no job is too little or too great to do. As a true professional in your field, you have strong interpersonal and communication abilities, excellent time management and organisation skills, and enjoy an agile and innovative working environment. You are able to recall high volumes of information and present it in a digestible and compelling way, and your confidence in public speaking enables you to captivate an audience and to take leadership in a class room setting.
