Your new company
Join this 60 place, award winning centre 15 minutes away from the Sydney CBD in North Sydney. This purpose built bi-lingual centre has a Japanese influence and exceptional facilities. The centre is very environmentally focused, with 3 large rooms and picturesque outdoor areas.

The centre caters for families and children from diverse backgrounds, so there are specially trained bi-lingual educators that help bridge the gap for families and children.
Your new role
This exceptional service is looking for a Diploma educator to join their long serving team. Your role will be to support the 2- 3 age group as room assistant, you will be an integral part in the service and be involved in projects across the centre. Staff are encouraged to bring a passion or area of strength to the centre, many have musical talents or interest in sport. You will work with your room leader and team to ensure the outcomes of the EYLF and NQS are met, mentor and train other educators and effectively communicate with parents and families.
This unique centre has a sister centre in Japan and promotes a bilingual educational program in both Japanese and English. Your role will be to promote the outcomes of the EYLF and NQS, using English as the primary language for communication.
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma in Children's Services
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Dedication to high quality care and education
