We are looking for someone who has experience in Higher Education and at this stage we will only consider applications with senior administrative experience  within a Tertiary environment.

The role

The Senior Student Services/Administration Advisor will be responsible for a range of functions contributing to the effective administration support to the student. The role will guide and support the Student Services Team to deliver an outstanding level of support and are trained and resourced to provide current and up to date information and knowledge.

Day to day

  • You will co-ordinate and deliver Education Placements across multiple partners
  • You will co-ordinate and deliver Fee processes across all partners
  • Stakeholder management internally and across partners
  • you will oversee and support Fees process – including non-submission across all partners
  • You will support the Enrolments Team and identify process improvements across all partners
  • You will assist with the Quality Assurance for Education Placements across all partners
  • You will support the implementation of Fee and Education Placements processes for new partner and identify process improvements for current partners.
