What you need to be successful?
- Previous experience as a room leader or assistant for at least 5 years ready to run a room.
- Completed Diploma in Children's Services or hold a Bachelor qualification in Children Services
- Previous experience in the Early Years Sector (preferably long day care)
- Have a great personality, creativity, passion for early learning, communication skills, curiosity for early language learning and intercultural competencies.
- Demonstrate a high-level understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the Victorian Early Years Learning
- Current First Aid Certificate/Asthma & Anaphylaxis
