The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and energetic Driver Trainer to join our Service Delivery team based in Molendinar. Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, you will be required to train, upskill, mentor and guide a team of Tow Truck Operators. With a strong safety focus you will provide one on one training and support, deliver & contribute to the improvement and development of our training model.

Duties
- Promote and enforce safe work practices
- Lead and train your allocated team of Tow Truck Operators
- Forecast & coordinate training dates
- Investigate and resolve complaints and incidents
- Performance management including retraining and upskilling drivers
- Prepare vehicle damage reports
- Enforce and monitor procedure compliance
- Nurture and develop a strong and effective relationship with other departments
- Perform Audits on trucks and TTOs
- Manage licensing and inductions for trucks and TTOs
Skills & experience
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the Transport & Logistics industry desired
- Experience facilitating one-on-one or group training programs
- A current Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Safety driven
- Ability to work autonomously
- Self motivated to achieve results
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
