The College is seeking to appoint a Community Engagement Manager to help develop the Moriah community, thereby ensuring strong alignment from a Jewish perspective across all areas of engagement.
The Manager will serve as a role model and ambassador of the College ethos across the College and communal activities, taking a lead role in key strategic initiatives. S/he will partner with leaders in determining an overall strategy and support implementation to meaningfully engage key stakeholders.
To be successful in obtaining this position, the ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing with a strong background in formal Jewish Studies or experiential Jewish education;
- An understanding of networking in its many forms including online, telephony, and social media platforms and channels;
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing marketing and events;
- Outstanding customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; and
- The ability to develop trusting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
