Applied Training Solutions (ATS) recognises the contribution our competent Trainers/Assessors make to the success of our business, with over 15 years as an RTO, delivering quality Training and Assessment outcomes to well over 40 000 students, across a diverse client base and a range of industries we have built solid relationships and industry partnerships. 

ATS is currently seeking competent contract trainer / assessor for delivery of RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Gambling Services) for Smithfield. 

As a contract Trainer/Assessor your role and responsibility will include, but not limited to the following:

• Maintain vocational currency and provide evidence to ATS quarterly or upon request

• Minimum 3 years supervisory or management experience

• Liaise with clients, industry and RTO staff.

  Essential Criteria:
  Demonstrated evidence of currency - minimum 3 years industry experience within the Vocational area of delivery

• Hold the TAE40110 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher

• Demonstrated knowledge of the Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations 2015

• Professional presentation and excellent time management skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work and deliver results with minimal supervision

• Ability to work within a flexible environment

• Own vehicle

• Experience: ATS is looking for industry specialists to draw upon their own knowledge and skills to deliver and assess the required outcomes to our clients. You must be able to meet the essential criteria.
