We now have a unique opportunity for an Associate Principal, Learning and Teaching within the JCU College Pty Ltd. Based in tropical North Queensland at our Townsville campus, this fixed-term appointment will provide you the opportunity to enjoy a laid back tropical lifestyle whilst realising your career aspirations.

Established in 2015, the JCU College Pty Ltd is an established company wholly owned by James Cook University and provides pathways for international students to complete pre-tertiary qualifications enabling them undertake further studies at JCU. What you can accomplish in this role
Providing leadership in the promotion of learning and teaching quality and innovation within the College, you will actively support the Principal to deliver upon strategic objectives. Actively pursuing University and College goals in learning and teaching you will focus on pathway and non-award professional programs, ensuring successful outcomes for our students and the College more broadly.

Your knowledge of higher education regulatory standards and quality indicators for learning and teaching will be paramount to your success. As an experienced people leader, you are comfortable supporting, developing and managing your team promoting a culture of best-practice and high performance, with a keen focus on student success.
