The Opportunity
Foundation Early Learning are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher. As an Early Childhood Teacher you will design, implement and evaluate programs for children that encourage them to explore.
Your experience
You will have a love of early childhood education, the skills to lead other educators, motivating them to excel as they deliver care and education programs. You will have a proven ability to build and nature respectful and mutually-beneficial relationships with children and their families.
You will have a strong understanding of, or a willingness to gain the understanding of circle of security and pedogogy in primary caregiving.
As the first point of contact for parents, exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly is essential.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an similar role;
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) as recognised by ACECQA (or currently studying towards this, at a minimum 50% completion);
- Current Teacher's registration;
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR Certificate;
- Current Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management;
- National Police Clearance Certificate;
- Current Working with Children Card;
- Alcohol and Illegal substance clearance;
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework.
