This 100 place service, working with children aged 5-12 year olds is looking for a compelling individual to drive and maintain the success of this 100 place centre.

As an out of school hours service, experience in OSH as well as managerial experience is a must-have. The abilty to lead, develop & inspire your team whilst overseeing the operational requirements of the service is essential in order to again, maintain the success of the centre. Implementing programs and experience working with such as Qikkids and time targets is desirable aswell as the promotion of staff mentoring to create a safe and healthy atmosphere throughout the team as well as the centre.

The role:

  • Day to day leadership of staff with a focus on leading and mentoring
  • Maintain high standards within the service
  • Budgeting and rostering

Essentials:

  • Be flexible, reliable, spontaneous & enthusiastic
  • Use the initiative to complete set tasks within time frames whilst keeping them fun and interesting
  • Fantastic communication skills with the ability to build key relationships with families, parents, children, educators and the community alike
  • Be a holder of a current First Aid certificate as well as anaphylaxis and asthma - or be willing to obtain
