About the role
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. We are seeking an experienced Training Administration Officer to join the team at our Perth campus located in Cannington. You will be an outgoing, self starter with a passion for supporting students. You will have experience in providing training administration and reception duties in a training organisation.
- Provide training administration and reception support to the Perth campus, ECOC trainers and broader ECOC team.
- Greet students and visitors at the Perth campus.
- Input student data in the Student Management System (PowerPro)
- Maintain data integrity within the student management system.
- Deal with student enquiries.
- Maintain filing and record keeping related to student training .
- Conduct daily absentee follow ups
- Conduct payment and progress follow ups
- Monitor and procure stationery
- Collect and electronically receipt student fees

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Essential
- Certificate III in Business (or higher)
- Experience working with a Registered Training Organisation
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A current National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain one
- A current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain one
Desirable
- Previous experience working with International students
- Experience with PowerPro, PRISMS and Box will be well-regarded
