About our Centre
Welcome to Papilio Early Learning Artarmon, located just 9 kilometres from Sydney’s Central Business District! Our amazing purpose-built centre is one of the largest in Sydney - caring for up to 210 children. Our spaces are large, light-filled and well-resourced - there's even a dedicated Yoga Room! At Papilio Early Learning our goal is to nurture and inspire every child in our care, so they can reach their full potential. We believe that education should incorporate an equal balance of play as well as learning, which is why we utilise the Lifelong Learning Approach and we also have a dedicated Prep School on Level 3 which focuses on School Readiness. We integrate an exciting 'Healthy Children' program of events, activities, incursions and excursions year round and involve our families and local community at all times. Our highly committed team of educators have been working here for many years, and we'd love you to join us!

About you
- Sensitive carer for children of all ages, cultures, social-economic and individual backgrounds
- Able to recognise and cater for unique interest, needs or aptitudes
- Able to contribute to a friendly, smooth and continuously improving centre environment, where children feel safe and families feel welcome
- Committed to developing effective partnerships and communication with families
- Passionate about creating exciting and stimulating children’s learning environments
- Willingness to learn daily care routines, and associated administrative and compliance tasks, health and safety standards, and risk minimisation

You already have
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III in Children’s Services or study towards an approved early childhood education qualification or willingness to commence studying
- A current Working with Children’s Check or equivalent or prepared to obtain
- Commitment to delivering the National Quality Standards
- Mature and positive communication skills
- Current driver’s licence, first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) and resuscitation certificate or willing to obtain
