· Provide strategic and operational HR advice and services to key high level stakeholders.

· Contribute as a member of Senior Management within Human Resources at the ANU.

· Provide leadership to a HR team in an environment where you can drive positive change.


Position Overview
 
As the principal adviser to senior management and staff on all human resources matters within the College of Health and Medicine and the College of Science, this is an exciting opportunity for a proven HR management professional to manage and lead the Joint College of Sciences HR team in delivering outstanding client services. You will provide strong leadership with a focus on continuous improvement, exceptional HR service delivery and the provision of high level support and strategic advice to a diverse range of stakeholders. 

The successful candidate will have relevant HR qualifications and demonstrated experience in both the provision of HRM advice on complex matters, and the delivery of highly effective HRM services in a complex environment, preferably within the higher education sector. You will have extensive knowledge across all HR disciplines, including case management, employment relations, performance development and operational HR.

You will be flexible in your thinking to adapt to a complex work environment with the ability to manage workload allocation within a team with multiple and competing priorities. Demonstrated experience in team management and stakeholder engagement are essential.
