About the business and the role
Maragon Early Learning Centres is a dynamic and forward thinking Education company focused on early learning 8weeks to 5 years. Maragon currently operates 6 Early Learning centers in the Perth Metropolitan area. The owners of a successful global education group started Maragon in Australia in 2014.

The happiness of our customers, being children, parent and staff is of paramount importance to us. To this effect the communication, parent interaction, staff presentation and motivation as well as center presentation form an integral part of the service we deliver.
Maragon Early Learning Centres are well located and equipped with resources and nature play outdoor areas . Our Staffing arrangements are supported with Multiple Early Childhood Teachers and mainly Diploma Qualified Educators well above the regulation requirements to implement a Specialised Junior Kindy Program focusing on Literacy and Numeracy.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Our staff are there to ensure that the Education and Care offered to the children is exceeding in every area .
Program and Practice will be delivered with the planning cycle and a play based approach to learning where children will express their interests and laugh and play all day
The Health and safety including wellbeing will be consulted with management and sought to maintain the safe risk and benefits children's development in all ages .
Environments and play spaces will be inviting and set up with Provocation inviting children to extend on their learning and create opportunity for discovery and investigation . Embedding routines and allowing for flexibility will be paramount to the role you deliver .
You will need to motivate and work collaboratively with your fellow Educactors to ensure that the goals of the centre and families are met with passion and in a timely manner .
Relationships with children and their families will be your primary focus delivering various communication methods such as parent workshops , to gain a sense of trust and support the partnership that comes with raising a child .
Being able to critically reflect on how you and the centre works to ensure that Maragon's Vision and Philosophy is met will be a key essential part of your role .
As a educator you are needing to ensure that you can come to work each day to have fun and make sure that every child is supported to discover and play .
Skills and experience
All applicants must hold a First Aid certificate . A valid Working with Children check . Police clearance and be willing to undergo a Medical assessment to ensure you are fit and healthy to work in Childcare .
All roles will be applicable to the requirements of the National Education and Care Regulations .
