ABOUT THE ROLE
The Trainer/Assessor role exists to conduct training and assessment through facilitated classroom based workshops, work based traineeships and online delivery. Novaskill is committed to its students’ progression and successful completion of their studies, whilst delivering services in line with ASQA regulations through Company policies and procedures.
As Trainer/Assessor you are an integral piece of Novaskill’s structure, and at all times an ambassador for Novaskill
Trainer/Assessor responsibilities:
- Completing assessment services for trainees in line with training plans
- Maintaining knowledge of changes to training and assessment issues directly related to your industry sector and
- completion and submission of training/assessment paperwork
- Classroom and/or workplace visits with students
To be successful in this role you will need:
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (essential)
- Current qualifications in Community Services
- Industry currency - minimum 2 years industry experience
- Understanding of NVR standards and relevant training package
- A commitment to customer service

NOTE: All successful candidates will be required to undertake an Australia Federal Police Check prior to commencing employment and have a current Working with Children Check clearance.
