The Role
Gilgandra Preschool are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator with exemplary skills and knowledge. The successful applicant will be required to be highly motivated, have established communication skills with high work standards, be organised while also being flexible and adaptable. They will have the ability to work efficiently within a team environment.
You’ll work as an active team member, providing a safe, stimulating and educational environment which coincides with our operational philosophy. You’ll expected to form strong relations with families and the community.

This position is for a full-time position.
The Candidate
You will have an understanding of child lead practices and a willingness to change with the times, thinking beyond the norm. Having an open approach to practice within the Early Childhood sector will be the key to your success in this role.
Further, the following will be highly-regarded as we assess your skills/qualifications for a role with us.
Having obtained relevant qualification in Early Childhood such as Certificate 3, Diploma or Bachelor or ACECQA assessed equivalent qualifications
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework;
Current First Aid Certificate/Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates;
Current Working with Children's Check
For Bachelor qualified a current and maintained Teachers accreditation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in working with young children
Knowledge of play based curriculum.
Strong autonomy and personal motivation
Desire to work closely with a team of educators
