About the business and the role
IIBIT Education Group has provided quality educational and training services for students from around the world for the past 17 years. We are active across a broad spectrum of areas including Vocational Education and Training, English Language Training and Tertiary Education.
We are a Registered Training Organisation and deliver a scope of recognised Certificates and Diploma level training and education in Sydney and Adelaide across a suite of industry qualifications which include Business, Financial Services Information and Communication Technology, Marketing, Aged Care and Disability. Due to several courses scheduled to start in early April we are seeking qualified Contract Trainers.

Job tasks and responsibilities
We are seeking expressions of interest from highly motivated, experienced (industry) and professional trainers/assessors to deliver and assess the following programs in Adelaide to start next week.
FNS60215:Advanced Diploma of Accounting
ICT50715:Diploma of Software Development
ICT60515:Advanced Diploma of Computer Systems Technology
Skills and experience
Essential Attributes:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following academic, industry and behavioral attributes:
- Qualifications in your field of expertise. Minimum qualification should be equal to or greater than the qualification being taught and current
• Current and ongoing professional development in your occupational area and in the development of your VET skills in training and assessing
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE 40110 or TAE 40116
- Relevant industry experience ( Between 3-5 years ) for each unit of competency within the qualification, they are intending to deliver
- Evidence of current knowledge and skills in VET sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoy working with Teams
- Attention to details and working to deadlines
- Positive attitude and flexibility
- Adaptable to a diverse work environment
- Have an awareness of student learning needs from different backgrounds
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate students
- Ability to work independently
- Be able to complete a detailed Trainers Matrix
