Capalaba Kids Early Learning Centre is an established Reggio Emilia inspired early learning centre that has undergone extensive renovation and recently rated EXCEEDING the National Quality Standards. This beautiful double centre is licensed for 155 places a day across ten beautiful studios. We are looking for confident and experienced educators to join our existing team. Catering for children aged six weeks to six years our facilities and philosophy are unrivalled in the Early Childhood Education industry. With its own Children's Cafeteria (Piazza), dedicated Art Studio (Atelier), large natural playgrounds and risky play outdoor environments, Capalaba Kids Early Learning Centre really is the centre that Capalaba deserves.

We are currently seeking experienced, motivated and passionate Lead Educators to join our team of dedicated and professional Early Childhood Educators.  Successful applicants will have ongoing support from an experienced management team including two Centre Directors and an Educational Leader. This is of course coupled with ample Professional Development opportunities to ensure quality implementation of the Reggio Emilia approach.

The successful applicants for the Lead Educator positions will:

• Possess excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
• Have previous experience in a similar role working with similar age groups.
• Show a clear understanding of the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework).

Eligible applicants for this position, MUST have experience, hold the appropriate qualifications as well as hold or be willing to obtain a current suitability card, First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training and be aware of and understand the assessment and rating processes.
