 About the Role:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced trainer to join our dynamic team based in South Melbourne, to facilitate in Metro & Regional Areas.

Our Certificate III in Horticulture is one of Stirling's most popular and reputable qualifications, with our trainers responsible for delivering quality training and competency based assessments to willing students from all backgrounds and capabilities across multiple venues and locations throughout Victoria.

Successful applicants should possess the following:

  • Current Cert III in Horticulture or higher
  •  Minimum 2 years recent and relevant industry experience
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (TAE40110 including LLN upgrade)
  • Passion to train and motivate others
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver relevant and engaging training
  • Drivers license and own reliable transport
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain upon offer)
  • Any other associated qualifications would be highly regarded

The key area of focus is to deliver the training curriculum to groups of students by providing practical experiential learning with an accredited outcome in a safe and supportive learning environment.
