This is a 2 year Program of work currently in design phase. You will assist the program team to create and develop training material, strategy and solutions in line with the business needs and change initiatives.
To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience of end to end learning and development from analysis to implementation
- Explaining processes in line with a new system
- You will have trained, coached and supported executives, senior leaders and team leaders
- Have worked closely with Project and Change teams to design creative and inspiring material
- Delivered learning solutions across a variety of projects including system implementations
- Designed learning content and frameworks in a cost effective and strategic manner
This is both a hands on and strategic role training will be delivered at an enterprise level across Australia. To be considered for this role you will ideally have learning and development experience within insurance, sales or a commercial setting.
You will possess excellent communication skills and able to communicate learning concepts in a changing environment
