TAFE SA is seeking to expand our register of qualified Hourly Paid Instructors (HPI's) in the Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration field.
Are you passionate about your trade area? Do you enjoy teaching and developing others? If you do, TAFE SA is seeking registrations of interest for Hourly Paid Instructors.
Registrations of Interest are sought in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration program (Building & Construction) at our Tonsley Campus.
TAFE SA conducts a range of training and assessment activities for on campus students and industry clients in day and evening programs.
We are currently looking to expand our register of Hourly Paid Instructors (HPI's) interested in delivering training in the fields of:
- Domestic and commercial Air Conditioning - theory and practice
- Domestic and Commercial Refrigeration - theory and Practice
Hourly Paid Instructors are responsible for the delivery of training and other related responsibilities within these educational programs, in liaison with other lecturing staff.
To be a successful applicant, you will be required to meet the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) standards for assessors (Cert IV TAE) and have electrical licenses/qualifications listed below.
Essential
o Certificate IV Training & Assessment (TAE40110/40116)
o Refrigerant Handling Licence
o Air Conditioning/Refrigeration trade qualifications
o Restricted Electrical Licence
Desirable
o Certificate IV or Diploma in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
