Certificate III Educator

We have had the opportunity arise for a Certificate III qualified educator to join our passionate team in an "exceeding" rated, privately owned Service, located in Kanwal.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have the following:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
• Previous experience
• Current Working with Children’s Check
• First Aid , Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or be willing to obtain them)
• Have knowledge of The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and the National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Be passionate about their role as an Early Childhood Educator
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Be confident in their own abilities, knowledge, skills and experience as an Educator
• Have a flexible and reliable attitude
• Commitment to professional learning and development and a willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills and the ability to form, nurture and maintain positive relationships with Children, Families, Team members and Management
• Demonstrate effective skills in; programming, planning and documenting children's learning
• Commitment to the ECA Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct
