Working as a casual educator you are there to support the learning and ensure that children have fun .
Maragon guides the curriculum through a blended approach of learning taking a holistic approach to learning whilst focusing on the Montessori , Reggio and Early years learning framework to ensure the whole child is developed in a play based approach.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Deliver consistent high quality care and presentation to all work practices
Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, parents, children and the wider community
Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders including but not limited to Director , Area Manager , Owners .
Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at a high level at all times
Program plan and document to meet the requirements of the Quality Area 1 under the national Quality Framework and Standards
Ensure that all children's care needs are maintained and communicated effectively
Have fun and make someone's day!
Skills and experience
Applicants must hold an approved Qualification or recognized equivilant under ACECQA .
Montessori or Reggio experience and qualifications highly regarded
Minimum 1 years' experience in Early learning
Current Working with Children Check- essential
Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Supervisor Certificate desirable
First Aid Certificate with 6 months minimum validity desirable
Experience with Assessment and Rating
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desire to learn and willingness to undertake ongoing training
Anaphylaxis/ Asthma/ CPR and First Aid Certificates - essential
