SYSTEMS TRAINING MANAGER 

Provides systems training and assistance to agents and staff on the use of the company’s CRM and business management system to help improve the service levels and drive the clients’ business efficiency, productivity and ultimately sales. 

The role will develop and deliver dynamic learning experiences that will help us on-board and nurture teams of the agents and the various support roles who provide service to customers.  

Training will be delivered through webinars, one-on-one remote coaching and other online training tools. Also provides on-site training as needed to help augment busy periods on the training schedule. 

The Role

• Creation, documentation, delivery and optimisation of training sessions covering the use of company systems and processes within the Real Estate environment
• Develop and facilitate live classroom and virtual classroom (webinar) training courses
• Provide individual and group coaching to staff and managers that drives skill mastery, peak performance, and cultivation of a healthy coaching environment.
• Perform on-going training needs, assessments, utilizing a variety of methods to include consultation with management and business performance metrics to identify new training opportunities
• Create trusted, collaborative relationships with leadership in the local market and elsewhere, along with other internal partners (including Product and Program Managers) to help in the continual positive iteration and improvement of the products and services.
• Evaluate survey data and learner performance metrics of existing courses and recommend changes as needed

Desired Skills & Experience

• Knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate processes and differing roles within a Real Estate office
• Training, coaching and/or managing individuals who do conduct sales, handle extensive appointment scheduling/coordination, and work directly with staff by phone/email/chat/text providing exceptional service and support.
• Experience utilizing a CRM and/or training others who utilize CRM software
• Facilitation of live training in a classroom, virtual classroom (webinar), 1:1, or on-the-job shadowing environment
• Working knowledge of industry-standard e-learning and video development tools and how they can be leveraged as standalone training solutions or as a part of a blended approach
• Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• Proficient with online training tools such as but not limited to GoToMeeting, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.
• Willingness to obtain a Real Estate license would also be seen as a plus

SKILLS

·      5+ years of related work experience in a Real Estate office environment in a sales or administrative role

·      Training qualifications or equivalent industry experience in training (particularly within the Real Estate industry)

·      Ability to be flexible with changing schedules and priorities

·      Ability to work independently and without direct supervision

·      Excellent verbal, written and over-the-phone presentation skills

·      Willingness and ability to travel occasionally (<10%)

·      Valid driver’s license and registered car

·      Learning Management System experience a plus
