Position Information
Merrylands High School is a comprehensive coeducational secondary school (enrolment 790 students, including 72% students from a non-English speaking background). Selection Criteria
Approval to teach Society & Culture and Geography. Willingness to teach Stage 5 Commerce, History (Years 7-10) and Stage 6 Legal Studies.
Capacity to raise expectations and enhance the quality of student learning.
Demonstrated commitment to meeting the premiers targets in literacy and numeracy.Well-developed interpersonal, communication and organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to work as a collaborative member of the HSIE Faculty and contribute to whole school programs.
