The Role:
- Lead this medium sized along side a reliable assistant who knows the service well.
- Have the stability of working mornings 6:30-9am and afternoons 2:30-6pm on Mondays through to Fridays. Meaning what you do with the rest of the day is entirely up to you.
- Help design programs around what the kids love to do, which at this service is all things nature! Start your own veggie patch, watch it grow, harvest it and then you will have your afternoon snack. Its healthy AND educational!
Duties:
- Ensure all children are directly supervised at all times
- Provide a safe, fun and effective care for children under your supervision
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, teachers and fellow educators
- Respond to incidents within the service promptly and within Camp Australia and NQF Guidelines
- Develop and foster relationships with the school community, fellow educators and parents
- Participate and assist with the implementation of fun & engaging activities for the children

Requirements:
- Currently studying towards or completed a Diploma or above in Childcare / Community Youth / Education
- HLTAID004 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma Management certificates OR booking confirmation with your nearest Registered Training Organisation
- Current & Valid Paid Blue Card
