Ocean and Earth Training Specialists is seeking exceptional Trainers/Assessors to join our team. You will have the opportunity to experience the splendor of regional Western Australia. The Trainer/Assessor positions that are available are below;
2 x Certificate II in Construction Trainer/Assessor (Building)
2 x Certificate III Civil Construction Plant Operations Trainer/Assessor
Role of Trainer/Assessor:
- Planning, preparing and delivering high quality training and assessment.
- Providing appropriate variety and flexibility in learning techniques
- Build and maintain effective relationships with students and support them to achieve successful completion.
- Access, record and report on student assessment efficiently and on time.
- Ensure students are meeting their progress requirements.
Essential Criteria for all positions:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or TAE40110 (including one of TASLLN401A or TAELLN411 and one of TAEAss502 or TASASS502A or TAEASS502B
- Vocational qualification in the relevant discipline (Certificate III in Civil Construction and Certificate II in Construction - Building)
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Current industry knowledge and demonstrated relevant workplace practice.
- Current driver’s license
- Current working with children’s card or ability to obtain one
- A strong work ethic.
- Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people.
Remuneration packaging will be dependent on skills and qualifications
