Your new company
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Centre Director for a brand new child care centre, located in Inner West Sydney. The centre will be part of a small group of childcare centres, but you will have the autonomy to guide your centre using your passions and philosophies. You will be supported by a small network of other Centre Directors, who you will be able discuss new ideas and strategies with, as well as being supported with financial and payroll duties by a dedicated owner and accountant.
Your new role
As Centre Director you will be responsible for developing centre policies, building occupancy, recruiting your team and developing a strong community involvement. This will be a great opportunity for an experienced Director who is looking for a new challenge and autonomy with developing your own team and culture.
What you'll need to succeed
- ACECQA assessed ECT bachelor degree qualification
- Previous Director experience in a similar setting
- Strong autonomy and personal motivation
- Previous experience of opening a new centre is highly desirable
