About the School - Year 6 Teacher - Newham, East London 
Starting in January 2019 this lovely 2 form entry Primary school located in the East London borough of Newham is looking to appoint a Year 6 teacher to take over one of their lovely and able current Year 5 classes. The post is only open to experienced teachers as this is an important class for the school who are expected to achieve highly. The post has come about due to the current Year 6 teacher being promoted to the SLT and will be available to support the successful applicant. This school was only opened just over 10 years ago and currently is rated as a 'Good' School under the current Ofsted criteria. The school is creative in its teaching and focuses on all aspects of education for its students who come from a range of backgrounds. Behaviour at this school is excellent and the students enjoy learning. This all leads to a great environment for learning and teaching. 

About the Role - Year 6 Teacher - Newham, East London
The school is looking for an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher who is keen to teach in Year 6. It is not imperative that the successful contact has taught in Year 6 before as support can be given and the parallel teacher is also highly experienced. Someone who is confident in their ability to deliver good or better lessons on a consistent basis and has the desire to see these excellent students achieve is exactly what the school is looking for. The option to take on some responsibility in the form of either science or literacy would come with an attached TLR. Ongoing professional development and career progression is also on offer.
